Here are some helpful suggestions for getting the most out
of your virtual tour photo shoot. We
look forward to working with you! Before our visit: -
Remove all clutter and paperwork from the kitchen
counters, desks, dinner table and office area. -
Hide toiletries in the cabinets and place the toilet
lid down. Hang up your nicest towels. -
Temporarily move picture frames, stuffed animals,
knickknacks, children’s toys and other personal effects until we are finished
photographing. This will help the home buyer picture themselves living in the home. -
Park your vehicles either in the garage or on the
street, where they will not appear in the shot. This will give us a better,
unobstructed view of your property. -
Run a quick broom or vacuum over floors. During our visit: We love taking photographs. It is more than just how we earn a living –
it is what we do in our spare time too!
For best results, here are a few suggestions: -
Put the dogs and cats in an area that is not going to
be photographed. (Garage, spare bedroom, bathroom, somewhere safe) -
Remove any pet toys, food, scratching posts and cages
just during the shoot. -
We love to chat but need to spend the allotted time
taking photographs. You will be glad we did. -
Let us know where you’ll be so we can find you if we
need help moving something. We might: -
Open or close window blinds/curtains. -
Turn on or off certain lights in the house. -
Close or open bedroom doors. -
Move a phone book, blanket, bath mat or coffee cup
out of a shot and replace it when we’re done. We will: -
Let you know about anything that we move. -
Process your photos and give the images to your
Realtor® that present your property at its best. -
Be courteous and polite while on your property (and
afterwards too). If you have any
questions either before or after the photo shoot, please let us know. 541-908-0865 |
